Thurs., Dec. 11

My post is late. I'm so ashamed! (as all people who don't do their homework on time should be)

So yesterday I introduced this assignment:

Begin gathering evidence for your historical investigation. Critically read your scholarly book and journal sources and begin taking notes for what you will begin listing as evidence under Section B on your I.A. document.

By Wednesday, Dec. 16 at 8:20 a.m. you are to have at LEAST 20 separate pieces of evidence (and all properly cited.) These must come from at LEAST 3 different sources. They are to be placed under Section B on your IA GDoc.

For books your footnotes should follow this format: First Name Last Name, Title (City: Publisher, Year), 34.

For more citation guidance, here is a link to the Turabian Quick Guide

Subsequent references: After you've listed the full work once, you only list last name and page number: Hyer, 34.

For additional guidance on evidence, visit the Section B of the IA at Mr. Hyer's website.

Additional Homework:
Read and Complete, Worksheet 19-4
DUE TUESDAY
